CONTACT US

Our doors and our hearts are always open to welcome you!
Our history at the First Baptist Church of Plymouth, Massachusetts stretches back over 200 years, but our faith, our community life is grounded in the realities of life in today's hectic and often uncertain world.

We are rooted in the Baptist tradition, but count those from numerous faith traditions among us.

We believe that the true sign of faithful discipleship is responding to God's call to service at home, at work and in the community.

We seek to be a people of faith, committed to Christ, to each other, and to sharing God’s love in the world.

It’s a great adventure! We invite you to join us!

For those interested, we are beginning a program called the Spiritual and Behavioral Covenant Initiative here at First Baptist Plymouth.

This is a biblical-based program offered to all churches belonging to The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts; it is run by the Reverend Dawn Sweet, the Director/Facilitator of the Spiritual and Behavioral Covenant Initiative.

This program will help all of us live our lives more fully in "The Golden Rule" and in "The Great Commandment".

The group of believers in this program began the process on February 25, and will meet on the following dates:

March 31 -breakfast and workshop
April 21 -breakfast and workshop

September - All Church event - date/time to be determined
