Easter is more than just one Sunday. The season of Easter includes seven Sundays. It covers all the time from Easter Sunday to Pentecost, which we celebrate on May 11 this year. This is a different way of thinking about Easter for many of us, but it is a good way. To help us remember, we’ll keep singing Easter hymns in worship each Sunday. And we’ll continue to talk about the resurrection and the difference it makes in our lives. We’ll take time to explore what it means to have faith in a Risen Lord, not just for life after death, but also for life right now.
